Pierpaolo, the manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. the room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. the location was perfect, with the bus stop right outside to easily access Termini station and the Colosseum. We could walk to Trevi Fountain, local shops, and restaurants. the staff was kind and accommodating, and our room was even ready early, which was a wonderful surprise after a long day of travel.
